What a great day to celebrate. Our fathers helped to raise and shape us into the humans we are today. Father’s day dates back to 1910, partly created to compliment mother’s day, but the origin comes from a lady named Sonora Smart Dodd. She celebrated her father, who was a civil war veteran. He was a single parent who raised 6 kids. When Sonora heard about mother’s day celebrations, she felt that all fathers also had to be celebrated, and so father’s day came to life.

So, with father’s day around the corner, I’m sure you are wondering what to do. We have fallen into the habit of making a 5 star breakfast. The table are usually set with everything you can think of for breakfast, and of course the kids makes sure that dad’s gifts also fits on the table. And daddy absolutely loved them.
